Completed Projects

  • Lamb Weston: 3-year “Project Transformation” lead program manager, upgraded/ migrated all corporate data systems from 30-year-old mainframe and outdated processes to SAP S/4HANA. Reduced financial period and year-end close reporting by 50%, reducing manhours and increasing record tracing. Provided inventory visibility across 45 3PLs, in-transit supply, and internal supply through data availability and visual reporting.

  • Lamb Weston: Completed 5-year digital transformation roadmaps for every area across Supply Chain, including anticipated capital spend by year. Collaborated with finance and procurement to vet future suppliers.

  • Lamb Weston: Migrated IT service desk from a smaller, more local IT help desk to a global supplier with updated technologies, and integration with ServiceNow platform and ticketing system.

  • Micron Technology: Transformed Manufacturing Information Technology team from waterfall to Agile methodology. Oversaw the training, mentoring, and practicing of Agile for approximately 150 team members in 6 different countries.

  • Micron Technology: Successfully merged and transformed 3 different acquired companies to align with Micron’s standard manufacturing KPI reporting processes, and the conversion of manufacturing execution systems from native to Micron’s while limiting downtime and production loss. Was the program manager who over saw 350 people globally with a budget of $40M per facility.
